This role involves crafting clever captions, spotting trends before they're trending, and bringing a brand's personality to life online. As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll get hands-on experience with real-time content creation, campaign planning, and community engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X, following the social media calendar.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure smooth, consistent content rollout aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor social channels for brand mentions, audience reactions, and comments, engaging with followers and partners as needed.
  • Foster community interaction by responding to comments, tagging relevant accounts, and supporting a positive brand presence.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and identify timely opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring and share insights to inform strategy and enhance engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, helping guide content optimisation and future planning.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the wider marketing team to deliver cohesive, on-brand content.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media management tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management a plus.
  • Sports, gambling & cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
