About the Role As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll lead the strategic execution of integrated marketing and sales activity across a portfolio of residential projects in South Australia.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role focused on performance, brand building, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive community engagement and brand awareness.
Manage all aspects of project marketing performance and agency relationships.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives Champion the brand through high-impact community events and partnerships Build strong local networks through events, PR, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement About You Proven senior experience in Property Marketing, ideally within residential developments Leadership experience of at least 1-2 direct reports Tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field.
Strong track record in property marketing for major developments Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience with media liaison, managing an organization's relationship with the media and public Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and high attention to detail*Note that Sales Management experience is not required*For You Full ownership of the local marketing and sales strategy for South Australia Supportive leadership, fast decision-making, and a collaborative team.
