Project Manager - Subdivisions - Civil Contractor Great opportunity with an excellent growing tier 2 civil companyExtensive project pipeline in residential & industrial subdivisions & utilitiesExcellent career progression and culture, projects range from smaller up to $100m+Working for a growth-oriented company with exceptional culture and values delivering quality projects.A market leading Civil contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Manager - Subdivisions to join their growing business in the Southern Gold Coast to the Northern NSW region.As the Project Manager, you'll be joining a thriving business unit in a management role where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.With the team experiencing significant growth, you will play a pivotal role in working on Urban Development projects which will essentially be mostly residential subdivisions with some industrial subdivisions as well on projects up to $100m+.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Planning and scheduling of construction activitiesManagement of site project teamsQuality Assurance, Cost and Time ManagementPreparation of management reportsResolving site issues in a timely mannerLiaising with key clients and stakeholdersCoordinating internal and external resourcesRecruitment and mentoring of teamsQualifications and Requirements:Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar7 - 15+ years' experience on civil construction projects.
Must have bulk earthworks experience and subdivision experienceProject management qualifications will be advantageousProven understanding of construction with a hands-on approachProven ability to effectively lead and delegateEffective problem-solving abilitiesAbility to resolve conflict and manage client expectationsHigh level of organisation and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on "Apply" to submit your resume.
