Business Analyst Cyberark

Translate business needs into functional specifications for Cyber Ark modules (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, EPM, AAM, etc.).
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture access control use cases, current-state processes, and pain points.
Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and defining target operating models for privileged access management.
Collaborate with cybersecurity architects, engineers, and the IAM team to design solutions that meet business and security requirements.
Support development and configuration teams by clarifying requirements and participating in sprint planning (Agile environments).

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end implementation and integration of Cyber Ark across a complex enterprise environment.
This role requires close coordination with cybersecurity teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of Cyber Ark modules within time, scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Cyber Ark-related projects and workstreams.
Collaborate with internal teams (security, infrastructure, application, IAM) and Cyber Ark consultants to ensure solution alignment.
Manage Cyber Ark implementations including Core PAS, CPM, PSM, PVWA, EPM, and Conjur as needed.
