Payroll Officer Location: Leederville Hours: Full-time, 38 hours/week Contract: ASAP start – 31 December 2025 Rate: Up to $58.99/hour Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a high-performing and supportive team.
This role is based in Leederville and offers the opportunity to deliver proactive, customer-focused payroll services in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process payroll and HR records accurately, including base pay, allowances, deductions, superannuation, tax, new hires, terminations, and employee movements.
Maintain personnel records in line with regulatory requirements.
Generate HR and payroll reports.
Provide advice on employment conditions and entitlements.
Resolve complex payroll queries and coach users on HR systems.
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders.
About You: Experience interpreting employment conditions and awards.
Familiarity with ERP systems.
Intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and client service focus.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Previous payroll experience in a medium to large organisation.
