Senior/lead Electrical Engineer

The role will be based in Perth office, Monday – Friday office hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping designs for power distribution, motor control and PLC control systems for mining projects.
Preparation of design drawings, assisting with procurement of electrical equipment and working with external parties to fabricate control panels.
Although this position is based in Perth, there may be short periods of onsite work during commissioning phase.
KEY REQUIREMENTSElectrical / Controls Engineering Degree (recognised by Engineers Australia)Minimally 8 years of relevant working experience with mining projects, ideally with site exposure.
Experience with PLC systems and Variable Speed Drives as well as Site or Commissioning experience is highly advantageous.
Experience with Gold Mining Processes is highly advantageousCurrent Australian working rights – / PR or Eligible Visa We highly welcome applicants who closely align with our requirements but may not meet all criteria to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and recognize the potential for growth and development within our dynamic team.
