• Open to Provisional Psychologists in the 5+1 Internship program

About the role

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this role, you will :

• Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
• Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
• Support your clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services using your clinical expertise and skills.
• Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
• Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goals.
• Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.

You'll also need to have :

• Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• A current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
