Join to apply for the IT Support Engineer (Desktop/Network/EUC) role at EIL Global.
We are looking for onsite support engineers in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions to assist our clients with desktop, network, and EUC issues.
This is a casual, on-call position with adhoc dispatch requirements.
Responsibilities: Handle desktop and network issues Install and upgrade Operating Systems Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fix Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers (CCNA or higher certification preferred)Install and administer MS Office Requirements: Experience with desktop and network troubleshooting Ability to install OS and patches Knowledge of Wi Fi and basic network concepts Ability to carry standard tools and connect to Cisco routers using console cables Good business English and local language skills Tools to Carry: Laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights Cisco console cable and necessary drivers Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card If interested, please send your resume to visalakshi.s@eilglobal.com.
