Senior Site Contracts Administrator

This is a 12‑month agency contract with competitive rates and the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction and services contracts.
About the Role In this hands‑on, site‑based position, you'll oversee the administration of a range of contracts from mobilisation through to close‑out.
You'll be ensuring compliance, managing performance, and driving value across the supply chain, while collaborating closely with site teams including construction, engineering, planning, HSE, and quality.
Key Responsibilities Administer construction and services contracts in line with project and company requirements Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager with performance management, claims, and risk mitigation Manage variations, site instructions, extensions of time, and daywork claims Perform cost forecasting, reporting, and contractor progress reviews Liaise with legal and client representatives on contractual matters and negotiations Ensure HSE standards are embedded in all contract administration activities About You Extensive contracts administration experience on major EPC/EPCM projects, ideally in the resources sector Strong knowledge of contract terms, negotiation, and claims management Proficiency in procurement/project systems such as Unifier or Aconex Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Demonstrated commitment to HSE and ethical business practices Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience What's on Offer12‑month+ agency contract FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth Competetive rate + 10% uplift Work on a landmark resources project with a collaborative and high‑performing team Opportunity to contribute to a safe, efficient, and value‑driven project delivery If you're ready to bring your contracts administration expertise to a major project and enjoy the challenge of a dynamic site environment, we'd love to hear from you.
