Basic Job Requirements What does that look like?The purpose of this position provides an oversight for contract management activities on our Fluor project.
This role ensures, through assigned contract administrators, compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms and conditions.
General Tasks/Duties include:· Develop project contract templates· Development & Issue of Tender documents for ECI through to Construction contracts· Development and issue of BPRs· Evaluate Budget Quotation Pricing and develop pricing summaries to support DPS Estimate· Contract Administration of ECI packages· Evaluate ECI deliverables in the development and negotiation of Construction contracts· Support PCM with development of Contracting Strategy, Plan & general reporting requirements· Tender, Award and administration of assigned Contract Packages Specific experience listed below will be advantageous to the successful candidate: Prior work experience with BHP systems and processes (or Olympic Dam)Prior work within an IPT or JV environment.
Shut-down contract management.
