This position will embed standardised processes for ARF/RHD management including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care and care coordination of people living with Rh D.
There is a large clinical component to this role.
This position is one of three Clinical Nurse positions led by a Rh D Program Coordinator within the Public Health Division.
