Position Details
The Staff Specialist / Senior Medical Officer (Intensive Care) provides specialist intensive care medical services in the Intensive Care Unit at Bundaberg Hospital.
Assist the Clinical Director (Intensive Care) and the Executive Director of Bundaberg and Rural Facilities to ensure high standards of clinical services are maintained and delivered efficiently.
Contribute to the education and supervision of trainees, medical staff, students, allied health, and nursing staff.
This is a Temporary Full Time position (80 hours per fortnight) from 4th August 2025 until 31st January 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Our Offer
We offer a competitive remuneration package valued up to $44,007 per month, including a salary between $6,980.10 and $10,221.70 per month, generous employer superannuation contributions (up to 12.75%), salary sacrifice options, and flexible rostering to support work/life balance.
