The Role: Reporting to the Team Manager, and working as part of a dynamic team, this role is responsible for the provision of high-quality service to clients and Providers.
your responsibilities will be: Answer incoming calls from Clients/Providers/Key support people and respond to their inquiries.
Handle Client/Provider concerns with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
Meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner with the intention of first touch resolution.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Must have NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check WA (or able to obtain)Previous experience in a role where high levels of customer service have been provided Previous administrative experience providing service that requires a high attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Proven ability to be flexible in the workplace to be able to meet changing demands Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook What's on offer: A bright and modern office space in West Perth.
