Step into the role of Customer Experience Manager (CXM) and take charge of our New Cars and Used Cars division.
In this dynamic position, you will assist in managing our Customer Experience Team, ensuring an outstanding sales journey for retail customers.
You will work closely with the Retail Centre Manager to drive success, including finance and insurance (F&I) targets, while motivating and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional, flexible customer journey.
Responsibilities: Accurately prepare and process sales contracts, finalize sales transactions, and ensure all customer and sales details are correctly entered into Salesforce and DMS.
Sell finance and insurance products, collaborating with the Central F&I team to process applications as needed.
Manage customer escalations and complaints, assisting with enquiries about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
Lead, coach, and mentor the Customer Experience Specialists, support onboarding, and foster a positive, communicative team culture.
Deliver strong product knowledge and professional customer service, explaining benefits and building rapport to meet customer needs.
Assist the instore team during peak times with appointments, test drives, and vehicle handovers, ensuring a seamless 'Customer First' experience.
About you: Must have experience in automotive retail sales with a strong understanding of dealership operations, ideally in roles such as Customer Experience Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Business Manager.
Confident handling customer finance conversations, with willingness to train if needed, and a proven ability to thrive as a strong individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
Ambitious and sales-driven mindset, hungry to meet and exceed targets.
Highly desirable experience includes F&I or business management, and working in both new and used car sales environments.
