For more than 60 years our Griffith family owned and operated company have been at the forefront of stainless steel manufacture and design, providing complete vessel engineering solutions to customers around Australia, and internationally.
A&G is looking for an Office Administrator for 20-30 hours per week to join our admin team, based in Griffith, NSW.
This role will include involvement in aspects of accounts payable as well as some general office administration.
Key duties include : Distribution of supplier invoices for review and approval.
Reviewing purchase order and invoice coding for accuracy and correction of any errors.
Entering invoices into the company ERP software system.
Collating invoices and reconciling with supplier statements.
Preparing accurate and timely payment cycle runs.
Completion of credit applications, maintaining and updating supplier accounts.
Updating, reconciling and maintaining fixed assets register.
Managing company fuel and toll accounts FX trades and payments.
Creation of purchase orders and raising recharge invoices.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have : Competency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)Experience in administration Clear and professional communication style.
Ability to work well with others.
Accountability for their assigned tasks.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
