Based within our General Surgery & Coronary Care Units at Belmont District Hospital, our new Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) will be responsible for the effective management of the nursing team within the ward.
On any given day, you will be liaising with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are communicated and met; ensuring ward KPI's are adhered to; managing the nursing workforce of the ward including recruitment and staff development; and so on.
