Overview

Clinical Nurse Private Surgical Unit | Ramsay Health Care

This direct leadership role will see you leading and supporting our front-line team members with the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager. You will join a 30 bed Private Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular and Medical Overflow unit at Joondalup Health Campus as part of the management team responsible for the effective management and coordination of clinical services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support front-line nursing staff with guidance from the Nurse Unit Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate clinical services to ensure efficiency and high standards of patient care.
  • Supervise, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes; plan and prioritise effectively; manage time across a seven-day roster.
About You
  • Strong clinical skillset in an acute care setting with extensive Orthopaedic and Plastics experience.
  • Ability to supervise and lead staff to achieve outcomes; excellent planning and time-management skills.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Experience coordinating shifts and managing the unit after hours.
  • Positive can-do attitude and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience as a Clinical Nurse / Coordinator within an inpatient environment.
Remuneration

Full-time equivalent base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 – $108,784.58 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4).
