Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Chef in preparing meals for children with special dietary needs and allergies.

Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant vocational qualification in commercial cookery.
  • Possess food safety certificates.
  • Demonstrate passion and experience in cooking a variety of nutritious foods suitable for children aged 0-6 years.
  • Previous experience in early learning or educational facilities is desirable.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills and confidence in managing a kitchen.
  • Demonstrate reliability, positivity, and organization.
  • Provide high-quality customer service when interacting with colleagues, families, and children.
  • Hold a First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certificate (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Pass a Working with Children Check.
