Stellenbeschreibung Das ist Ihre Aufgabe: Vertiefung und Etablierung des Unternehmens im lokalen wohnwirtschaftlichen Investmentsegment Entwicklung und Evaluierung von systematischen Akquisitions- und Vermarktungsstrategien Perspektivische Übernahme der Teamlead-Funktion am Standort Bewertung und Akquise von Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern, Mehrfamilienhäusern sowie Portfolios bis zu einem Volumen von 15 Millionen Euro Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen / technischen Begehungen Koordination und Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen Beratung von Investoren und Eigentümern vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss Qualifikationen Das bringen Sie mit: Abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne mit Immobilienschwerpunkt, oder eine abgeschlossene immobilienkaufmännische Ausbildung Langjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Mehrfamilienhäusern, Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern sowie Portfolios in Köln und Umgebung Tiefgehende Kenntnisse des Immobilienmarktes (idealerweise im wohnwirtschaftlichen Investmentsegment) in Köln verbunden mit einem breiten lokalen Netzwerk Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten Souveränes Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick Proaktive, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Routine in der Anwendung von Microsoft-Office-Produkten (sehr gute Excel- und Powerpoint-Kenntnisse) Zusätzliche Informationen Das bieten wir Ihnen: Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz bei einem der führenden internationalen Immobilienberater Deutschlands Ein spannendes und professionelles Arbeitsumfeld mit herausragenden Karrierechancen Ein dynamisches, offenes und motiviertes Team mit kollegialem Zusammenhalt Teamgeist und Spaß an der Arbeit Umfassende und vielfältige interne Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten 30 Tage Urlaub sowie die Möglichkeit des mobilen Arbeitens Zuschuss zur EGYM Wellpass Fitness Card und weitere Mitarbeitervorteile (z.
