In this job you will: As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and continually grow professionally.
Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.Lead multi customer operations within the site.Drive and implement strategic initiatives.Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.Maintain location and inventory accuracy.Drive site budgets and P&L accountability.
You have the following qualities & qualifications: 10+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics.Strong site management experience, including facilities.Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations within a 3 PL environment.Excellent people management and influencing skills.Commercial acumen.Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred).
