In this job you will:

As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and continually grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.

  • Lead multi customer operations within the site.
  • Drive and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Maintain location and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive site budgets and P&L accountability.
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Strong site management experience, including facilities.
  • Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations within a 3PL environment.
  • Excellent people management and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred).
