Job Summary As a Domestic Terminal Manager, you'll lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional ramp operations across Brisbane's multi-terminal airport.
Your leadership will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, where both employees and customers feel valued, supported, and recognised.
With a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, you'll drive operational excellence, champion efficiency, and ensure world-class service delivery for all Swissport's airline partners.

Your activities Lead, coach, and develop supervisory teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient ground handling services.
Drive continuous improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance.
Act as a primary contact for airline partners, maintaining strong relationships and service alignment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
Achieve operational KPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Ensure safe working practices through proactive OH&S leadership and risk management.
Your profile Proven leadership experience in aviation or a similar fast-paced operational environment.
Strong background in ramp operations and supervisory functions.
Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements.
Skilled in managing emergency response procedures and maintaining security standards.
A collaborative leader who inspires, motivates, and develops teams to achieve excellence.
Composed under pressure with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
