This role sits within a forward-thinking Transformation, People & Brand team, where technology meets operational know-how.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless data flows, robust system performance, and continuous improvement across HR and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities Include Maintain and configure Oracle HCM and Payroll systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance Provide technical support for system integrations and enhancements Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to support Payroll, HR, and business teams Lead data migration efforts for new system implementations Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve technical and compliance issues Drive remediation of system and process issues impacting payroll outcomes Manage change requests, vendor coordination, and payroll forecasting/reporting Experience Required5+ years' experience supporting Payroll and HR systems in complex organisations Expertise in Oracle HCM and Preceda Payroll (or similar platforms)Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows Advanced Excel and Power Query skills for data analysis and reporting Proven experience in system implementations and data migrations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Relevant qualifications in HR, Payroll Systems, IT, or related fields (technical/analytical degree highly regarded)A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively What's On Offer Inclusive, values-led culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement Career development and technical training opportunities Access to cutting-edge technology and global collaboration Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package This is more than just a systems role—it's a chance to be part of a global transformation journey in sustainable mining.
