Base pay range A$120,000.00/yr - A$135,000.00/yr The Company High-end residential design & construct business that's been trading for 10 years.
Deliver architecturally designed luxury home renovations, extensions and new builds valued between $1m and $5m.
Great systems and processes in place along with an established management structure including company directors and project manager.
About The Role Site Foreman / Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed high-end home projects from start to finish.
Working on one project at any one time.
Site locations in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs such as Glebe, Bondi and Bellevue Hill.
Salary between $120,000 and $135,000 plus super.
Duties Site management of trades and staff.
Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
Scheduling trades.
Ordering materials.
Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
Site progress reports.
Site inductions and toolbox talks.
Skills & Experience Carpentry trade background - Certificate III in Carpentry.
Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish - new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
