Job Description The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following: Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Present board reports and findings to the SLTCollaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and forecasts.
Partner with operations & work closely with the head of transformation to drive efficiencies Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
Drive process improvements across financial planning and analysis functions.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and regulations.
Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools as required.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units within the retail industry.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA/CPA Qualification preferred Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the retail industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
A focus on achieving results and driving business performance.
