Job Specification As Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering professional services such as Meds Checks, vaccinations, medication management and patient consultations.
Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will manage budgets, drive KPIs, and foster a supportive, collaborative team culture.
This pharmacy operates with a strong support network.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years' community pharmacy experience in Australia; Strong knowledge of 8 CPA services and QCPP compliance; confident leadership and communication skills; ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and team development.
