This is a new role and will be based out of our Melbourne office.
You will have the opportunity to proactively engage with new and existing customers to improve their business outcomes and overall revenue performance.
You will be working with our awesome customer success team to establish and enhance our customer relationships and provide expertise in customer success and growth by motivating and inspiring the teamYour Responsibilities will include:Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions, issues, or concerns.Track customer health and identify any issues early to prevent churn.Help customers maximise the value they get from our cloud based suite of products and services to achieve desired outcomes.Track customer metrics and satisfaction levels while providing frequent check ins to maintain engagement.Increasing the number of engaged customers that enter our customer success program.Identify sales opportunities for the Customer Growth team and work with the Customer Growth Manager to help sell additional value-added products.Build highly effective working relationships and strong rapport with our customers, going above and beyond to achieve results and ensure customer retention.Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvements for our customers.Your skills and personal attributes:5+ years' experience in a variety of customer facing roles (ideally across sales, marketing, customer success or product).A solution based mindset.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry is preferred, but not essential.Detailed understanding of the selling environment, customer value & economic drivers.Excellent planning & organisation ability.What's in it for you?A collaborative and fun working environment.Opportunities for personal development.Opportunity to play a critical part in the Henry Schein one team.Worldwide career progression.Central location in our brand new South Yarra office With first class local amenities and restaurants nearby.Close to public transport links.Flexible working arrangements - WFH
