Qualifications5-10+ years' experience in the construction industry3-5 years in client-side project management (consultancy environment)Proven delivery across full project lifecycles Strong industry network of consultants and contractors A reputation for juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball Commercially and technically sharp, with strong leadership instincts Comfortable in the boardroom and on-site — you know the detail matters Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or similar Current White Card and driver\'s licence Unshakeable mindset: Can do.

Your Role You'll lead the delivery of end-to-end projects, set the pace and tone for your team, and be a trusted advisor to your clients.
You'll own outcomes — from feasibility to final handover.
