The Opportunity We are currently seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will plan and schedule construction activities, monitor project progress, and resolve on-site issues.
Your strengths should include planning and coordinating resources such as personnel (internal and contractors), equipment, and materials.
Additionally, you will support planning, budgeting, reporting activities, and maintain detailed knowledge of assigned contracts.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be supported by our talented team, including Project Coordinators, Supervisors, and Field Crew.
This role is based in our Adelaide office in Cavan.
You will bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical), Construction Management, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience managing civil construction projects on-site Exceptional technical skills and problem-solving abilities Experience with rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater, and/or potable water networks is beneficial but not essential Our Team At Interflow, we value honesty, reliability, competence, and respect.
