About the Role We're looking for a bright, self-motivated Junior Lawyer with 1–3 years PAE to join us on our exciting growth journey.
We are open to meeting candidates looking for part time/ reduced hours.
This is a hybrid WFH position (expected to work 1 - 2 days a week in our Sydney CBD office for team bonding, mentorship and occasional client/partner meetings) so you'll need to be proactive, reliable, and confident working independently, while also collaborating closely with a supportive and high-performing virtual team.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 1 year post-admission experience Property law and conveyancing experience is essential Exposure to wills & estates will be highly regarded Experience with LEAP practice management software will be a strong advantage A genuine all-rounder who's comfortable handling a variety of client matters Exceptional attention to detail — our clients trust us with life's biggest decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach Experience in interstate property matters will be a bonus Organised, responsive, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment What you will be doing: Manage end-to-end property transactions – from contract review to settlement Conduct detailed title and property searches and liaise with stakeholders to resolve any issues Draft and review legal documents, including contracts for sale and transfer documents Guide clients through the buying/selling process and ensure they feel supported throughout Communicate confidently and clearly with clients, agents, brokers, banks, and other parties Stay across updates in property law and ensure strict compliance with NSW conveyancing laws Maintain accurate files, manage deadlines, and work efficiently using our software and technology Use platforms such as PEXA and LEAP Ideally have experience across residential , commercial , and off-the-plan transactions Able and willing to support the principal lawyer with ad-hoc tasks as needed Why Work With Us?
