This role will report to the Production Manager and will develop the shift as a team with a culture of safety, consistency, and responsibility.
You will ensure reliable delivery of plans and quality products achieved in a highly efficient manner.
You will be part of a team passionate about being market leaders and committed to doing things right.
This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who has a passion for excellence and career development.
Read onWhat you'll do in this role : Manage performance and disciplinary issues in line with established processes.
Foster a positive change culture through open communication and collaboration.
Work closely with the Hygiene team to meet high standards required for continuous operation.
Coordinate training programs and establish succession plans.
Provide coaching and leadership to high performers, supporting their growth.
Maintain a safe work environment complying with health and safety regulations.
Mentor, develop, and manage supervisors; facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments.
Why we want to meet you You are : An experienced production leader with FMCG/Manufacturing experience, ideally in Food Manufacturing.
Capable of managing staff performance, ensuring policy adherence, and fostering accountability.
Able to operate effectively under pressure, managing priorities and stakeholder communication.
A strong communicator who promotes team development and continuous improvement.
Experienced in operational planning, rostering, and workforce efficiency.
