Collaborate with individuals under supervision to develop and implement strategies, monitor progress, and conduct home visits to ensure compliance.
We welcome motivated candidates, especially those with cultural knowledge and experience.
Training & Career Development: Complete a mandatory four-week paid training at Corrective Services Brush Farm Academy, part of the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice.
Opportunities for career progression include roles such as Senior Community Corrections Officer, Team Leader, or Specialist roles within NSW justice sector.
Key Responsibilities: Manage cases for individuals on community orders, work with offenders in custody to prepare for reintegration, and engage with stakeholders and communities, including Aboriginal and CALD groups.
Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and apply cultural sensitivity.
Ideal Candidates: Have understanding of NSW criminal justice system, case management skills, commitment to community safety, and ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
