Work amongst premium product alongside fellow passionate & dedicated fashion leaders/stylists Responsibilities Include:Lead by example to set management expectations across your team Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning Problem solving & ability to provide solutions Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e.
Payroll reports Roster Management & Approvals Manage team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
