$83,011 to $95,547 pro-rata per-annum + super As Executive Officer, you'll provide high-level executive, administrative, and secretarial support to the Director (Finfish Compliance) and the Salmon Environmental Regulation Division.
Manage diaries, organise, and schedule meetings.
Act as a first point of contact for enquiries.
Take minutes, prepare agendas, and coordinate the submission of reports and documents.
Ensure effective and timely flow of information and coordinate and progress workflows.
This is a permanent position located in Hobart.
Has highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
