Melbourne | In-House Legal Counsel: Corporate M&A Freedom to work on your terms Who are we looking for? We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time or 4 day per week assignments across multiple industry sectors including financial services and FMCG, and we're interested in hearing from corporate M&A lawyers, to join us and commence their LOD journey.
No assignment or day is ever the same when you're working with LOD.
You could find yourself advising on general commercial matters and overseeing complex M&A transactions including joint ventures and corporate restructures.
This is a great opportunity to diversify your experience and bolster your CV through a career with LOD.
These assignments are of varied durations, ranging anywhere from 3 - 6 months initially.
