As our Head of Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem, driving revenue, and leading innovation.
If you're passionate about e Commerce, paid media, data-driven strategy, and digital leadership, this is the role for you What You'll Be Doing: Drive revenue growth from key digital channels, including Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
Develop and execute a high-impact digital strategy that aligns with business goals and scales our digital presence.
Oversee and manage all paid advertising campaigns, ensuring profitable growth across Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid channels.
Lead the optimization of our e Commerce tech stack, ensuring seamless system integrations and scalability.
Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) through strategic UX/UI improvements, A/B testing, and personalization.
Own the customer-facing digital experience, with a strong focus on CRM and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and personalized online journey that drives customer retention and lifetime value.
Lead and mentor a team of digital experts, developers, and e Commerce professionals to execute best-in-class digital initiatives.
Analyze performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improve customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring innovation and technical advancements.
Manage key budgeting, forecasting, and ROI strategies to ensure sustainable digital growth.
What We're Looking For: 7+ years of experience in senior digital, e Commerce, or technology leadership roles.
Ideally in global businesses.
Strong background in Paid Media management, e Commerce platforms (Shopify Plus preferred), system integrations, and automation.
Proven track record of scaling digital revenue and improving conversion rates.
Expertise in SEO, CRM, Paid Media, and digital analytics to drive performance improvements.
Strong leadership and people management skills – able to mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing team.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization tools.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
