The location Bribie Cove is a 90 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Bongaree on Bribie Island.
Job Description As Clinical Manager, you will work as a senior nursing clinician to provide a variety of generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination and case management and supervision of staff to ensure exceptional care for residents.
To be successful, you'll have: Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care (will be highly regarded)Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRAMinimum 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (essential)Demonstrated leadership of employees and clinical governance Demonstrate well developed oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards.
