Job Description We are excited to announce that we have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice's Defence team, located in Canberra.
As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary role of defending Australia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community as directed by the Government.
We are looking for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients to address critical challenges.
Please note: These positions require you to have an Australian Citizenship and be willing to undertake Baseline (or preferably NV1) clearance to support work with Defence.

We work across elements including: Benefits definition, tracking and measurement Program and portfolio office Strategic planning linked to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)Agile delivery (incl.
JIRA expertise)Delivery governance, risk and issue management You may be already a consulting professional looking to grow your skills, someone involved in delivering outcomes for Government and Defence who wants to grow a career in the Defence sector, or a consultant looking to specialise in a specific discipline.

We are seeking candidates for multiple roles who are at different stages of their consulting career, from Associate through to Director.
As a Manager, you will: Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
Additional Information Market leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age.
A six-month minimum service requirement for new starters applies.
