We're looking for someone who can lead strategic recruitment while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done - from sourcing top talent to shaping the full employee lifecycle experience.
In this senior role, you'll drive our recruitment and onboarding engine, while also partnering with leaders across the business to support performance, engagement, and people initiatives.

What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end recruitment: talent strategy, direct sourcing, ATS management, onboarding, and all related admin Build high-quality pipelines, reduce time-to-hire, and deliver standout candidate and hiring manager experiences Develop innovative attraction strategies, and DEI-focused partnerships Partner with leaders on performance, promotions, engagement, and employee relations Coach managers, provide pragmatic advice, and help embed a people-first, high-performance culture Continually improve systems, processes, and people initiatives with data-driven insights What we're looking for: Proven experience in senior talent acquisition roles, ideally within fast-paced, people-driven industries Strong HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle A confident communicator and trusted advisor who's commercially minded and human at heart Someone who can manage ambiguity, take initiative, and juggle competing priorities with ease Bonus points for experience with tools like Linked In Recruiter, ELMO, or similar ATS/HRIS systems This is the perfect role if you want to make a big impact, have autonomy, and be part of a supportive People & Culture team that's driven by purpose, progress, and good people.
