With back-to-back record months and a strong future ahead, now is the perfect time to join a team where you'll play a key role in supporting trade customers and building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do Assist trade customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders.
Build and manage customer accounts alongside the PCM and 2 IC.
Support branch operations - receipting, inventory management, deliveries, and trade promotions.
Conduct outbound calls and develop new business in the Bathurst region.
Contribute to a supportive team culture and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For Plumbing or trade industry knowledge (preferred, not essential).
Sales or customer service experience.
Great communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into a long-term career.
Computer literate and confident with systems.
A valid driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded).

Full-time role: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm; Saturdays 7:30am-11:30am (1-in-3 rotation, flexibility available).
