As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team as Special Projects Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical initiatives, scale operations, and work on impactful projects that will shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute high-impact projects to improve operational efficiencies, scale business verticals, and drive innovation across the company Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of project initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery Analytical Insights: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to guide decision-making, identify opportunities, and measure project success Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations, as well as external partners, to align efforts and drive results Problem Solving & Iteration: Tackle ambiguous challenges, test hypotheses, iterate based on feedback, and refine solutions to ensure success Operational Improvements: Dive deep into ground-level operations to identify pain points and implement sustainable, scalable solutions Requirements What we are looking for: Owner Mindset: 4-6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, strategy and operations roles in high-growth startups, or special projects teams in scaling organizations Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and apply them effectively to real-world scenarios Execution Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Adaptability: Proven track record of working on ambiguous problems, with the ability to innovate and deliver solutions with limited guidance or playbooks Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and operational improvements Benefits Be part of a rapidly growing global company transforming the auto-tech industry Work closely with senior leadership, including Global Co-founders and the CEOLead impactful projects and see the direct results of your work Enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment Competitive salary, benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities in an equal-opportunity workplace If you're a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
