Open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, our practice is poised for growth—and we need your expertise to help shape its future. About the RoleAs Practice Manager, you will:Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Robinvale clinicOversee both administrative and clinical teamsManage risk, compliance, quality improvement and business developmentMaintain financial records and assist with clinical support when neededPlay a key role in designing and replicating a sustainable, scalable clinic model across the region???? We're Looking for Someone With:Prior experience managing a GP clinic or health serviceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to lead and build high-functioning teamsStrong knowledge of medical software and Microsoft OfficeA proactive, solutions-focused mindset???? Mandatory Requirements:Working with Children CheckNational Police CheckRight to work in AustraliaCurrent CPR (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of vaccinations: Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox), MMR, DTPa, Tuberculosis, and annual Influenza????????
