We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage in Brisbane CBD to recruit an Account Executive within their broking division.
These roles offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of around $700,000.
The role : Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.
Collect and evaluate underwriting information to understand clients' risk profiles and foresee their insurance needs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure mutual satisfaction and business growth.
Provide Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge.
Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all clients.
Support and drive new business opportunities, develop client networks.
Stay informed on industry / market trends.
Maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues.
About You : Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking, or higher.
Min 3 years in a broking role, with exposure to Biz Pack, General Lines, Construction desired but not essential.
Well-versed in new business generation and administration, both with new clients to the business and building out existing product lines.
Knowledge of compliance processes and willingness to adhere to standards.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
A drive for continuous learning, development, and embracing new challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to different areas within insurance, whether you're experienced in one area or keen to broaden your skill set.
The ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits : New business commission available for growing existing customers and converting new leads.
Two days per week hybrid working / WFH.
Funding towards Diploma Qualification (if desired).
Location : Brisbane CBD.
