We're looking for someone with a Mechanical Engineering background who can understand technical challenges, communicate effectively with clients, and identify sales or service opportunities to pass on to the wider team.

What's in it for you? $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (based on experience) On-site role based in Melbourne's western suburbs Join a supportive and collaborative team Exposure to a wide variety of mechanical systems and environments Career development and progression opportunities RDOs, birthday leave & employee recognition program Stability in a long-standing and reputable business What you'll be doing: Act as the first technical touchpoint for incoming client enquiries Assess and interpret mechanical service needs and site issues Liaise with clients, understand scope, and flag potential sales opportunities Schedule service, repair, and installation jobs for the Field Technician team Collaborate with the Service Manager and internal technical teams Maintain clear documentation and track job progress using internal systems Coordinate closely with departments to ensure efficient service delivery What you'll need: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience Strong technical understanding of pumping systems, hydraulics, or fire protection systems Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, reactive environment Scheduling or coordination experience in a technical environment (preferred) Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-oriented approach If you're technically minded, thrive on coordination, and enjoy being the link between clients and technical teams—this role could be your perfect match.If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW below If you have questions about the role, please contact Annalisa on 0417 829 983.
