The Opportunity As a Lawyer within the Family Law Division, you will represent clients in family law matters and act as a children's representative in child protection proceedings.
You will also appear in family and youth courts as an advocate.

Total Indicative Remuneration Package98,332 - $105,503 per annum pro rata, including salary, superannuation, and leave loading.
As a not-for-profit organization, Legal Services offers attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) annually for general living expenses.
Term of Employment Temporary Contract until 31 March 2026 at the LSC2 classification level.
What You Need for Success The ideal candidate will: Possess a minimum of 2 years post-admission family law experience.
Hold an unrestricted Category C Practising Certificate or be eligible to apply for one.
Be an admitted practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia.
Deliver high-quality, concise advice by assessing problems logically, thoroughly, and reliably with due skill and diligence.
Relate well to members of the judiciary, support staff, government and non-government agencies, other legal practitioners, and the public.
Manage a high file load and work effectively under challenging conditions.
Possess a strong commitment to the rights of children under the law and international conventions.
