You will gain exposure to the most complex, high-value and significant matters in the Australian market, also frequently working on international disputes.

Your role within our team could typically include advising clients on; Commercial and contractual disputes Regulatory inquiries and investigations Corporate crime Internal investigations Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests Class actions Arbitration Projects disputes This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

About you You will have: Experience in commercial litigation within a large national or international law firm (we are also open to a combination of private practice and court experience) The ability to effectively manage larger matters, develop client relationships and participate in business development activities A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others (dependent on your level).
