You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data, reporting, and application needs, providing practical solutions and clear documentation.
Your work will support compliance with reporting requirements, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and help our teams make informed, timely decisions.
From resolving Level 3 application issues to supporting reporting and analytics, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on making our systems reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose.

If you're looking for a role where your technical expertise directly supports better outcomes for people and communities, we look forward to hearing from youYou bring: Relevant tertiary qualification in service performance and outcome reporting and evaluation or equivalent experience(Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred)2 – 3 years demonstrated experience working with CRM Configurations, Information Systems, Databases and Business Intelligence.
