What You'll Do: You'll take the lead in shaping the customer brand and marketing strategy for Heartland Bank Australia, focusing on our unique consumer and agribusiness products and services.
Your goal will be to enhance customer value, boost brand loyalty, and drive engagement through innovative campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies and go-to-market plans, collaborating with partner agencies on creative executions.
Define target audiences, positioning, and KPIs for go-to-market campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
Regularly engage with leadership and stakeholders, presenting marketing strategies, plans, and key findings.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a centre of excellence in brand and marketing.
Does This Sound Like You? You have a strong background in marketing ideally within a financial services environment.
You thrive in an ever-changing environment, are passionate about collaboration, and excel in translating data into actionable insights.
You're ready to take on new challenges and lead innovative marketing initiatives to deliver outstanding results.
You're a Pro with: Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on marketing or PR/communications Proven expertise in briefing agencies and managing complex campaigns to drive audience engagement and direct sales.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of fostering a positive, high-energy team culture and managing team performance.
Experience in brand development and management, delivering impactful brand campaigns and messaging.
Knowledge of the reverse mortgage or agriculture market is a plus.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch innovative ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in the creative briefing process and working with creative partners to bring concepts to life.
