Company Background Our client is a growing medical company dedicated to advancing scientific discovery and improving health outcomes.
With a collaborative leadership team and a track record of innovation, they now seek a commercially astute and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support their growth in a part-time capacity (2–3 days per week).
This is a unique opportunity for a senior finance professional to play a strategic role in a business making a meaningful difference in healthcare.

You'll oversee the finance function and contribute to strategic and operational discussions.
Key responsibilities include: Leadership and oversight of a small finance team Full financial stewardship – including P&L, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Business partnering with the CEO to support strategic planning and growth initiatives Providing commercial insights to support R&D and operational decisions Ensuring appropriate risk, controls, and compliance frameworks are in place Driving continuous improvement in systems and processes Your Background CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with senior finance leadership experience Experience in a medical, research, or healthcare environment is desirable but not essential Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally Strong communicator with a collaborative, low-ego style Comfortable working part-time and in a growing organisation If you're looking to contribute your expertise to a business that's improving lives through research and value flexibility and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
