To do this, we are on the lookout for technically savvy product leaders who are passionate about building industry-leading, global products to join the team.
As a Technical Product Manager within our Wise Tech Platform services team, you will enable other Wise Tech Product teams to deliver high-quality products faster.
By building the backbone of our platform, teams can rely on common building blocks that are designed to be flexible, secure, reliable, performant, scalable, and easy to use.
This allows product teams to be more efficient by focusing on solving domain-specific problems.
Within this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the vision of your product roadmap and driving new innovative solutions to solve both internal and external pain points.
You will leverage your deep software development, architecture, or technical product expertise to bridge the gap between technical specifics and business needs to build scalable solutions that enhance Wise Tech's overall performance.
What you will be doing within this role: Deeply engaging with both our customers and other product teams to understand their technical pain points and translate them into high-level design/solution documents.
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for your product verticals, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
Utilize your deep technical background to work with our software development teams and design concrete solutions.
Create test plans and perform testing to validate the product meets the functional objectives.
Contribute to product documentation for both internal and external use.
Identify trends to make informed product design decisions.
What you will have to be successful in this role: Strong technical foundation of 4+ years working as a Software Developer/Architect coupled with 6-10 years of experience in a Product/Business Analyst role with ownership of the product roadmap.
Strong communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications.
The ability to understand, analyze, and transform pain points into implementable solutions.
Creative mindset to come up with solutions our customers didn't know were possible.
